Can the items really be put in the dishwasher?
Yes.  If the item description includes the dishwasher symbol, then it can be put in the dishwasher.  We have tested these items in our own dishwashers for many years with great results, and our repeat customers have told us the same thing…almost with amazement!

What are the silver pieces made of?
Most of the utensils are made of stainless steel which makes them quite durable.  The serving platters and bowls are made of aluminum and stainless which is why they will discolor if placed in the dishwasher.

What if something arrives damaged?
You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the damaged item.  Contact us at 724-452-7168 to receive an authorization code and replacement instructions.

Is gift wrapping available?
We are happy to ship anywhere in the United States.  Our gift packages arrive brimming with brown crinkle and a gift card with your personal greeting.  Be sure to indicate this on the order form.  Traditional gift wrapping is not available at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each item is handmade by the artists of Celestial Dawn, orders will be shipped within 4 weeks.  Rush orders may be accommodated by contacting us prior to ordering. 

What is your return policy?
It is our goal to be sure that every customer is satisfied with our Celestial Dawn treasures.   If you receive an item that you are not pleased with, we will certainly replace the item with another piece of your choice or provide a refund.  Please contact us at (724) 452-7168, within 14 days to let us know so that we can help you make another selection.
